Gardasil Victims To Sue Government for Suffering ‘pain, lost perception, movement, memory’

The vaccine is now being called a cervical cancer vaccine. In reality, it is the Gardasil vaccine, which has historically resulted in tragic injuries. Gardasil is so notorious for injuries that Japan now refuses to recommend it. However, it might be a bit too late for many Gardasil vaccine recipients who succumbed to injuries before Japan’s revelation over the matter.

Current victims of Gardasil vaccine injections are now going to sue Japan’s government, as well as GlaxoSmithFlien PLC and Merck (the maker of Gardasil). The suits are set to take place this summer in four Japanese cities: Tokyo, Osaka, Fukuoka, and Nagoya.

According to JapanTimes, there are many victims of the HPV vaccine still suffering.

“Many victims are still suffering from side effects of the human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccines Cervarix and Gardsil, which include overall pain and disorders of perception, movement and memory,” lawyer Masumi Minaguchi, a representative from the planned lawsuit’s defense team told a news conference in Tokyo.

“The victims wish to live a peaceful life and prevent further suffering by finding out the truth (about the vaccine side effects),” Minaguchi added.

The defense team is seeking additional plaintiffs until their summer suit. Victims are alleging that they were never informed of the potential risks, some of which were injected multiple times. One of the victims is limited to using a wheelchair; others suffer from severe headaches and loss of vision.

Japan has since ceased recommending the vaccine due to the high number of injury complaints.
